Otter Creek Homes is the area’s top country builder. We build our own roads, install our own septic systems, we do our own excavation and fill operations, we install the culverts and most importantly of all, we produce the finest quality homes available. 

Otter Creek Homes will build anywhere a customer needs us, but the reason we offer build lots outside the city is to help people save on special assessments and taxes. We want to give people a better option after seeing how much city taxes are and the tens of thousands of dollars in special assessments. We are happy to build on a lot you may already have, or you may pick one of ours.  Because our lots are just barely outside of city limits, values are just as strong as in town and taxes are much less. 

The lots we currently have available are located roughly one mile outside of city limits west on 32nd Ave South. It’s a perfect location! Living in the country is not only a bit more private and can allow more freedom, but all less expensive.
